C : Do you deliver?
Pines: Yes, to Pudong, phone in before 9:00am and deliver the same morning, after 9:00am, you receive the next morning; for Puxi, ring us in the morning, we deliver in the afternoon, ring after 2:00pm receive the next afternoon. In case of urgency or off delivery hours, we charge RMB30.00 for Puxi, and RMB50.00 for Pudong.
C : Do you wholesale?
Pines: Yes, we supply other supermarkets, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, and other food service industry.
C : Do you have minimum delivery amount?
Pines: Yes, at RMB200.00
C : Do you have credit card service for delivery?
Pines: Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
C : Does your staff speak English?
Pines: We have staff that speaks English, Italian, Malay, Indonesian, and Cantonese.
C : You say you have a wine specialist and how many wines you have?
Pines: We have 1,000 no and the range is growing. We have also cocktail mixers.
C : What will be the opening hours of your store?
Pines: We open 7 days a week from 8:00 am in the morning till 8:30pm in the evening. Except the Chinese New Years ¨C time to be announced.
C : Can we request certain items of which you currently don¡¯t carry?
Pines: If there¡¯s a demand, we shall source the world for you.
